Good Pages. I have an Amiga 1500 and a Pro-Angus board ss-2 plug
in upgrade. I need some installation instructions. The upgrade
plugs into the existing Angus socket but has three wires coming
off it. Where do they go?

The ICPUG CBM/PET library now has an 'official'
e-mail box at petlibrary@bigfoot.com
and a website at members.tripod.com/~petlibrary
which is added to whenever possible. Finally - is it me or does
the journal get posted later each time?
Ken Ross - UK 20 August 1998
petlibrary@bigfoot.com
[Thanks for that Ken, I will see that links get built into the
web site. As for your comments on the Journal, they appear to be
very valid! Webmaster]

Reasonable Pages. There should be more Amiga Stuff, and more
precise direction of where the meeting is. . a BP garage on
Biggin Hill has me lost already ;)
Hugo Wilkinson - London England 3 September 1998.
hugo@toiletroll.u_net.com
[Thanks Hugo. Firstly the Amiga. Well perhaps you noticed that we
support all machines, so to a certain extent I can only put up
what the rest of the membership passes onto me. As a PC owner I
personally don't spend too much time surfing around looking for
"Amiga Stuff". As for the directions, well the BP
Garage also has me confused as one is not mentioned. I'm sure if
you really wanted to attend a meeting you would e-mail the
organiser, although with an e-mail address like yours I doubt if
you would be taken too seriously! Webmaster]
[Entry No 158]
Good Pages. I have an old Mac SE (system6) and I'm browsing the
web at the library trying to find old software and utilities that
might still be circulating. I don't have the money to upgrade to
even color much less system 7 whatever. . . If anyone can give me
documentation on my system I would be most grateful.
Nathaniel kelley - Clearwater FL USA - 9 September 98.
Not
available - i'm at the Library.
[If you would like to let us have your contact address Nathaniel
I'm sure that would help - an e-mail address of "I'm at the
Library" is not too much use! Webmaster]

Reasonable Pages. Take a look at CBM 8 Bit Emulators which
lists all the different CBM 8 bit emulators available, and also
has another page which contains C1541 disk image full of
sidplayer.MUS music files (currently 10 but will be 50 or 60 when
finished).

Good Pages. I was shocked and saddened to see the group is to
close. I was aware the writing was on the wall, but sorry to lose
a helpful friend. The journal has provided technical help and
answers on many ocasions, without needing to resort to
correspondence.
Clifford R Pike - England - 16 October 98
CRPSurvey@aol.com
[We are all feeling a bit shell shocked Clifford. For the time
being, at least we will be attempting to keep these pages open,
and one or two members of the Group appear to want to keep the
name of ICPUG alive. Keep an eye on the news pages. Webmaster]

Good pages. Hi guys. We're the perfect computer family: one
laptop PC, one Mac Powerbood, and three (count 'em) Amigas. Right

Excellent Pages. Really sad to hear of the decision to wind up
the club. It has been a great source of information for me over
the years. Unfortunately I feel that for most of the membership
the club's true value will not be fully appreciated until it is
no longer there.

Good pages. Being a computer user way back in 1982 on the Oric 1
(remember that), then the Commodore 128, Commodore 128D, Amiga
500, then the Amiga1200 and finally the PC. I remember
Compuserve, Micronet and ICPUG. I still have my Oric and
Amiga1200 and wouldn`t sell them for the world. I was good to
visit an old friend and see that you have a solid user base. Keep
up the good work and I may take the old 8bits out of their boxes
one day to show the Grand children. Many thanks for the trip down
memory lane.

to do an INDEPENDENT review of the computer needs of a small
Independent School in Ealing, London. At present we have a

upgrade, the best and most economical way of upgrading etc etc.
