The second Video Blog from Bill discusses the subject of Information Architectures. Through a metaphor of Industrial Espionage, Bill describes the difference between data, information and knowledge. The blog lasts for just over 8 minutes and is streamed to your PC. I viewed it over a 1MB broadband link and it was, apart from isolated 'mini-jumps', perfectly OK.
