Macharsoft is the home of COMAL on the Web. Recently they have been experiencing some problems as the following e-mail from Doug Snell indicates. Hi Everybody, Ecossetel.com, the Internet hosts for www.macharsoft.co.uk went into liquidation last week. We have been trying to recover from this blow since then, but it's taking longer than we thought it would. For the time being, please address all Macharsoft email to: dougsnell@tiscali.co.uk We hope to have all the Macharsoft email addresses back by the end of this week. Sorry for any problems this has caused, Sincerely, Doug Snell We here at ICPUG hopes Macharsoft's problem are soon sorted. We'll let you know when we have more news. March 2003 I don't know when it happened, because I was not informed, but the site is back again at the usual address, www.macharsoft.co.uk. The OpenCOMAL initiative has moved forward with a new version. Go have a look. |
